Any information, personal or otherwise, that we collect from our customers including but not limited to name, address, phone number, and email address will be kept strictly confidential.  We do not sell or share personal information with anybody.

We utilize the latest 128 bit encryption in our checkout pages.  This offers the highest level of security possible.  This means nobody can see your personal information, or credit card number as you proceed through the checkout process.

Due to the custom nature of our bats, there are no returns.
The bats you order are custom made for you, and therefore are not suitable for sale to someone else.

The only exception is if the bat you receive is not what you ordered, if the bat breaks with very little use, or the bat is ordered out of inventory.
If the bats you receive are not what you ordered, return it back to us unused, and we will replace it.
If a bat breaks, we will replace it at our discretion.

We will not replace bats that have been abused.
