Roland Glen Fingers (born August 25, 1946) is a former Major League Baseball relief pitcher. During his 18-year baseball career, he pitched for the Oakland Athletics (1968–76), San Diego Padres (1977–80) and Milwaukee Brewers (1981–85). Fingers is also one of only a few MLB players to have his number retired by more than one club (Oakland Athletics and Milwaukee Brewers).
Gaylord Jackson Perry (born September 15, 1938 in Williamston, North Carolina) is a former Major League Baseball right-handed pitcher. He pitched from 1962-1983 for eight different teams in his career. During a 22-year baseball career, Perry compiled 314 wins, 3,534 strikeouts, and a 3.11 earned run average. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1991.

We colored the bats all the colors of crayons. The teams were from Northern Ky. We collected canned goods for a soup kitchen and also collected school supplies for St. Peter Claver school in the inner city. When I say collected this was the admission we charged at the gate. Our team, Kentucky Crusaders, were the sponsors of the 4 team round robin and we already have 9 teams for next year! SPC school a K-8 school for all boys.

Jammers 15th anniversary season, best in teams history!
A franchise record and league-high seven Jammers and the coaching staff were named to the 2008 NYPL All-Star National League Affiliates team. Fermin, Gran, Lasater, Dan Jennings, Wade Korpi, Brandon Turner and Jeremy Synan all wore the Jammers colors in the All-Star Game.
Superior Bat Company is especially proud to have our home team do so well. While we think it may be becuase most Jammers players swing A-Bats, we also realize that without the excellent staff and players this past season would not have been possible. GO JAMMERS!!!!

Nathan "The Rocket" Hill
Nathan, Jamestown, N.Y., is the proud owner of the first A-Bat T-Ball bat.
His father, Paul, sent us a thank you note: "I wanted to say thank you very much, Nate’s bat is so awesome! You would not believe it if I told you but Nate slept with his bat last night, I guess it was a fitting end to the day, after he carried it with him almost the whole day. Whenever he would tell people about it, he would say his friend Grace made it for him."
Superior would like to thank Paul and Nathan for their support and we wish the entire Hill family our best.
